1. Eligibility for Returns

- The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat) are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or spoiled.
- Non-perishable items (packaged food, groceries, handicrafts) can be returned if defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used food products.
- Perishable items beyond the 24-hour return window.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Hygiene-related items such as bakery products and dairy once opened.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued after verifying the returned item.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method or store credit.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund?
To initiate a return or refund:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order details and images of the product issue.
- Our team will review your request and process the return or refund accordingly.
5. Replacement Option
- If eligible, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.
