1. Food Delivery Policy

• Once your order is placed, the restaurant begins preparing it as soon as they accept it.
• The preparation time varies based on the order size and restaurant workload.
• Once ready, our delivery partners ensure swift delivery within 10 minutes (subject to location and traffic conditions).
• We currently cover a delivery radius of 5-7 km from the restaurant’s address.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping rates apply based on your location and total order value.
• Orders above ₹100/- may qualify for free delivery (subject to terms and conditions).
• Express shipping options are available for urgent orders at an additional cost.

3. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver across Bijnor, U.P.
• Delivery times depend on the destination and item availability.

4. Order Processing

• All grocery and non-food orders are processed within one working day.
• You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Urgent & Express Deliveries

• Express delivery is available for both food and grocery orders at an additional charge.
