1. Return Eligibility

• The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
• Perishable goods (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat) are eligible for return or replacement only if found spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery.
• Non-perishable items (such as groceries, packaged food, and handicrafts) can be returned if they are defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used food products.
• Perishable items beyond the 24-hour return window.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Hygiene-related items such as bakery products and dairy once opened.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement?

To initiate a return or replacement:

1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order details and images of the product showing the issue.
3. Our team will review the request and arrange for a replacement or refund if eligible.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after verification of the returned item.
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 3-5 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

5. Replacement Process

• If eligible, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
• If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.
